Please do not send us identity documents, account details or other sensitive data through this website.
3. How we use it
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or advertising profiling.
4. Who we share it with
Only where needed: service providers that host this website and handle our email and records, under contracts that require them to protect it; our professional advisers; and courts, regulators or law enforcement where the law requires.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside ADGM. Where they do, we transfer it only to jurisdictions recognised as adequate, or under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a client relationship begins or the law requires us to keep it longer. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to staff who need it, under role-based controls and logging.
